They were attentive and went above and beyond to assist us in various situations, including retrieving a lost item and arranging transportation when needed. the hotel had a decent gym that we could use anytime and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to start our day. the hotel also had nice public spaces and a convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

the staff member we encountered was rude and seemed uninterested in providing proper assistance.
